Colored Auto-Floors

CLIENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING USE TERMS:

* All products are custom production. No refunds or returns. A 3D carved solid surface material sample is available for purchase, please email info@originsbeyonddesign.com.
* Lead times: 3-5 weeks once shop drawings are signed by client. Best attempts will be made to deliver faster.

CLIENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY TERMS:

* Origins Beyond Design, or Auto-Floors, is not responsible for delays caused by the freight delivery company. The freight delivery company is not responsible for off-loading for the freight. The client is to ensure their contractor's personnel are available on the delivery day to unload. It is the client's/receiver's responsibility to off-load the freight from the delivery truck.
* If you notice concealed damage, please send pictures/video and other documentation via email to info@originsbeyonddesign.com. Damage to the package must be reported with videos or pictures immediately upon delivery prior to opening of product. Record the opening of package to document any interior damage to the package or product.

CLIENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING LIMITS OF LIABILITY:‌

*The maximum liability to Origins Beyond Design, or Auto-Floors arising from or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Origins Beyond Design or Auto-Floors under this agreement. Origins Beyond Design or Auto-Floors shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if Origins Beyond Design or Auto-Floors has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
